ARTISTS EVENTS POSTING RULES:
The Artists Events is a free space for KSA members who wish to post information about their own classes, workshops, lectures, performances and exhibitions.
The post will remain until the end date of the event advertised.
KSA's Web-master reserves the right to edit posts in order to make them fit technical and esthetic
standards. If the post requires too much editing, the member will be asked to provide a more suitable one.
If and when editing is done, the posting member is asked to review it and to give their agreement.
If creating a clear and attractive ad is not your cup of tea, the Web-master service
is available for a fee in accordance with the complexity of the project.

The member is allowed to include a link to their e-mail address, but not links to their website(s);
All active professional and commercial links are accepted in the 'Artists Window' section.
KSA does not provide follow up information to its visitors on the subjects announced in the posts.
The posting member should provide clear and easy to use contact information.
KSA will e-mail out a link to the post to all KSA members who have provided an e-mail address.
KSA will not mail out printed copies of the post to the other members.

SHOWCASE POSTING RULES:
In this space, KSA artists can advertise and generate interest in their work by opening an Showcase.

They can provide professional and commercial contact for the visitors to follow.
SUBSCRIPTION FEE
Monthly: $5
Six months: $25
Yearly: $40
The Showcase will remain until the end date and will be taken down unless the subscription is renewed.
The fee applies to a Showcase which remains unchanged during the subscription period.
There is a $5 editing charge for any change to the content of the Showcase during that same period.
There is no editing charge if the editing to the content is made by the subscriber in between subscription periods.
If and when editing is done, the posting member is asked to review it and to give their agreement.
The Showcase will be placed in alphabetical scrolling sequence.
CONTENT MATERIAL
Each Showcase can display 10 lines of text; This is textual material which will be transcribed from the subscriber's literary material into the Showcase page. During the transcription, spelling and grammar editing will occur. The editing will be submitted for review to the subscriber in case they had purposely misspelled words and mixed numbers and letters for esthetic reasons. The author may also outline these voluntary discrepancies when handing out the material.
In addition to the 10 lines of literature, one can include the descriptive information which will be placed under, over or to the side of the art pieces.
Each Showcase can display up to 7 picture plates. The plates can contain one or more photos of art work, as well as text. The text contained within a plate is not counted in the 10 lines referred to here above. It is important to make sure that the text contained within a plate is large and legible.
The text can be sent in any format.
The pictures should be sent in JPG. 150 dpi maximum and 2MB each maximum. You can also send them 'web ready' processed by your software.
QUALITY OF THE POSTING
KSA's Web-master reserves the right to refuse post material which does not fit technical and aesthetic standards. If the material is rejected, the subscriber will be asked to provide a more suitable one, or they can hire the Web-master's professional service to create an effective and attractive Showcase for them.
CONTACT INFORMATION
The member is invited to include in their Showcase any relevant active link(s) to their website(s) and e-mail address.
KSA does not provide follow up information to the Showcase visitors, therefore the posting member should provide clear and easy to use contact information.
